It’s time for my monthly favorites again, and as always I will have a link to the full review, if I have done one previously, at the end of the post.

To start off with I wanted to talk about my new favourite sunscreen for the face.
This one from Clinique is so thin and lightweight, and it doesn’t ball up or crumble like alot of other sunscreens does.
And it’s also light enough to use underneath your eyes without stinging or making them water, so if you’ve had that issue with other sunscreens I’d recommend you try this one.
Now, the one thing that may be an issue with this is that it does leave a whitecast on my skin, but it’s nothing you’ll notice once you apply your makeup on top, but it’s still something to keep in mind.

This month I’ve also been pulling out my Bobbi Brown corrector alot, because, for some reason, I haven’t gotten enough sleep, so I’ve been loving this for neutralizing my dark circles and making me look more awake and put together.

To set this I’ve been using my Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder.
I think this powder is so beautiful on the skin, and it just gives you that little extra brightness, and it sets my concealer without making my undereyes looking dry.
Now, I will say that you have to be carefull with it, because if you use too too much you can end up with a whitecast underneath your eyes, but if you use it sparingly it will look beautiful.

Now, for the rest of my face I haven’t really been doing much, but I have been using the Benefit POREfessional every time I’ve been wearing makeup.
And, even though I do like it, and it does help to fill in my pores, making them less noticable, I have to mention that I’m not as impressed with this as I first thought I would be.
But it still does what it’s supposed to be, and I have been loving it this month.

Lastly I wanted to mention the Smashbox Photo Filter Powder Foundation.
Now, I find this to be very lightweight and it doesn’t look cakey on me at all, but I’ve been using it as a setting powder on top of my foundation, or BB cream, instead of actually using it as a powder foundation, and for me it works really well.
And you can also build it up in the areas you need a bit more coverage, so I do think this is very beautiful.

What are some of your favorite products this month?

This is a makeup/beauty blog, mostly for product reviews. Make-up is just a hobby of mine and I am by no means a professional make-up artist.
